Today, on a SPECIAL episode of "The Power Rankings"

Hello, as I has taken a mid season vacation, Hurtado offered to do power rankings this week. Most of the work done here is of Hurtado, with some color done by me on the plane ride back to Oakland. - Wings Owner, Johnson & Johnson Inc (Until trade goes thru) Analyst, Telegraph Hill Advisors Chief Editor, beatchuckie.blogspot.com Leader, ACCC ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– Man o man do you guys make it hard to create these power rankings. It seems like the mid tier teams are a jumbled soup of a mess with absolutely no consistency and who knew that yesterday’s game would decide 2/3 games in such close fashion. That being said, at least most matchups seemed somewhat interesting last week, except the beatdown that Joe gave to Ant (RIP Ant). I hope you asswipes appreciate my job more. Tier Joe (–) 1. Gang Gang (8-0) (6 week streak) Result: W8 Standing: 1st in Personality, 1st in PF Thoughts: Plz Lose. – Sin...

Erik's Sextape LEAKED

It was not a good week for the Anticollusion Colluision Club. Not only were most of last weeks matchups absolute beatdowns, but we find ourselves past the halfway point of the season with both Cassidys at the top of the league and still no clear frontrunner on who can even take Joe down. This season has been a complete crapshoot in between the 1 and 10 spots, but at least we can all count on Roberto being winless as the one point of stability in our lives. Let's hope better times are ahead... lets get this over with. S Tier (–) 1. GANG GANG (7-0) (5 Week Streak) This week's matchup vs Erik was supposed to be a marquee matchup between the top two teams. Instead, Joe ended up blowing him out 199-165 in what was an underperformance from Erik more than anything and was a valuable contribution into sending Erik onto a massive tilt last night... but more on that later. God damn is this team just dominant. I will no longer question his skills at QB streaming after Mitch droppe...

Today's Power Rankings are in video form! Gonna try this new format out for this week, let me know if I should do this more often, link below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ

Week 7 Power Rankings

I think we all can agree this was one of the most lit fantasy week of the season. Whether you won or lost. But winning always helps. Especially in moving up in the power ranking because you guys really value meaningless internet points. Be warned, some of you may not like the rankings  😂 Tier 1 (–) 1. GANG GANG (6-0) (4 Week Streak) W6 Result:  W vs GioHOHOHOHOHO U THOUGHT 162.9-159.7 Standing:  1st in Personality, 1st in PF (1004.8) Next Week's Opponent:  Erik (3-3) My Thoughts:  Welp, I warned you that this dude would get his own tier sooner or later. I just need to point to the above stats to explain to you why. He's matchup-proof, his team is balanced enough to where at least 3 players score 25+/week. He pulled of an insane comeback on Sunday night much to the delight of us all, so I commend you for that. But seriously, stop trying to shop James Conner we all know he will be useless in a couple weeks, maybe this will help slow your hyp...

Week 6 Power Rankings

Again, not much changes except in the middle of the pack. It's becoming pretty clear who the contenders and punching bags of the season are and who has luck vs a bona fide team. Tier 1 (–) 1. GANG GANG (5-0) W5 Result:  W vs Hurtado 192.7 -148.1 Standing:  1st in Personality, 1st in PF (841.9) Next Week's Opponent:  Gio (3-2) My Thoughts:  This dude won't stop winning and is now 2 games clear of the rest of the league. It's clear who the juggernaut is going to be this season. He's also overtaken Erik as top scorer. Somebody needs to knock this guy soon before I have to give him his own tier. (–) 2. Single Erik (3-2) W5 Result:  L vs Gio 121.7 -150.9 Standing:  1st in A&T, 2nd in PF (825.3) Next Week's Opponent:  Chuck (3-2) My Thoughts:  Damn, so you can indeed lose. You went from top scorer to worst scorer this week (albeit we losers all scored around the same range this week). I'm afraid this may be the end of Single Erik m...

Trade Mania Episode 3: Bloody Tuesday

Image
Now that we're caught up on trades, let's look at yesterday's madness. 3:42PM- The Mania Begins Jonathan decided to drop "WOJ BOMB" at 10am regarding a trade... and Roberto's shitty internet decided to delay the trade's revelation for 6 HOURS. Jesus Roberto get better internet, your autodrafts and terrible skill at setting lineups makes sense now. Anyways... 1-win Jonathan hit desperation mode and awoke Beto from his winless slumber to pull of a 4-for-1 trade. Any 4-for-1 trade is going to be unfair just from the sheer balance of players.. but when you're in danger of elimination 5 weeks in you gotta make some moves. Evans gives Hurtado a solid WR (at the sacrifice of Tyler Boyd) and ships off some decent RBs to Roberto, who desparately needed a lineup change. This trade's just icky overall and I can't really select a winner out of it. TRADE GRADES: Jon- B-, Beto- B- 4:02PM- Shit Hits the Fan VETOED Alvin Kamra has one bad week wi...

Trade Mania Episode 2: Catching Up

Image
After the preseason spat of trades that occurred before an official ball was even snapped, there are quite a few trades to go over, especially after the shitshow that was yesterday. Let's just recap what's gone on since the season started before we get to the juicy shit from yesterday: 1. 9/13- Chuck Swallows a Bitter Pill VETOED Chuckie's reputation going in to this season was "Trade Rape and win the Ship." Luckily, most of us have wisened up to this shit. Chuckie saw some fresher meat in Roberto, who at the time was winless but not quite yet desperate, and tried to pull off this shit. Even in hindsight this trade would have been ridiculous if it went through. Since then, Chucks tried a many times to trade rape to no avail.. we'll get back to that later. 2. 9/27- Hindsight's 20/20 Let's fast forward to 2 weeks ago to a trade that actually went through. We gotta look at this in context of when it was made. Weege and Nauch swapped under...

Week 5 Picks

Last week's results: 2/5 oof. TOE GOBLIN VS SIK DIK 69ERS The Patriots Scored Inactives on Beto's team Ant feasts on Tacos TEAM SLAP ASS VS SINGLE ERIK Garbage time Ebron Was actually starting Erik may now lose GANG GANG VS BROWN TOWN Brown Town leaves brown stain On Joe's James White underwear 5-0? No mo', bro. SAQUON MY JOHNSON VS HARD NIPPLES Thursday Night Football Left this one up in the air Fuck you Chuck, go Weeg. BIG DICK ENERGY VS ALLEN ALLEN AND ADAMS No win for you Nauch Because after week 9 comes You will have them all

Week 5 Power Rankings

What a wild finish to week 4. 3 matchups were up in the air until Patrick Mahomes remembered he's hot shit and led a 4th quarter comeback to put a dagger in the hearts of the Denver Broncos and 3 of our poor league mates. To those who won.. enjoy your praise below. Tier 1 (–) 1. GANG GANG (4-0) W4 Result:  W vs Weege 171.4-160 Standing:  1st in Personality, 2nd in PF (649.2) Next Week's Opponent:  Hurtado (1-3) My Thoughts:  It'd be an understatement to say that Kareem Hunt bailed Joe out of an embarrassing L, but that's enough to give him the number 1 again, and for the first time we have someone retaining it more than a week. Adam Thielen remains your rock and the return of Bell means your days of James Conner RB1 may be numbered. Joe finally showed vulnerability this week, and arguably has the toughest challenges ahead as he faces the league's top scorers in the coming weeks. (–) 2. Single Erik (3-1) W4 Result:  W vs Nauch 173.2-149 Stand...
