Week 4 Power Rankings

Image
The one where I eat my words... Tier 1 1. Gio 👑👑 (3-0) ( - ) Gio not only is the last undefeated team; he also finally got top scorer props and is averaging 197 PPG (1st). He also adds an additional 200 point game to his season, leading Erik, who just has one. 4-0 is gonna be easy with next week's opponent being dead-last in all categories, right? 2. Erik 🥺 (2-1) (-) This was a tough loss to take. Erik's team underachieved this week, scoring only 160 points (6th this week, below the average score of 160) and was up against the second-highest scorer of the week. I will say I took pleasure in seeing him lose in a revenge game after doing the same to me week 2. A matchup vs Ant should be a bounce back, but anything is possible.. Tier 2 3. Roberto 🚆   (2-1) ( +1 ) After a demolition of the defending champion at the hands of Patrick "GOD" Mahomes and Keenan "GOD 2" Allen, my predictions of the Roberto hype train are looking real good. A...

Pre-Week 3 Power Rankings

God Damn am I still salty. Let's do this. Tier 1 1. Gio 👑 (2-0) ( +1 ) Poor Gio is once again deprived of top scorer of the week by some late-game BS from Erik. If this happens a third week in a row I can see you rage-trading that draft pile you're sitting on just to prove your point ( I wrote this before that three way trade– I am Nostradamus ). Despite being cucked by Erik, which a lot of men can claim the same, losing Brees and a lack of RB2 moves Gio back up to the top. At this point, Gio and Erik are 1A and 1B in this league. The number one spot is once again Gio's to defend, and with Hurtado coming up next week, let's hope he doesn't regret shipping Dalvin off a week too early. 2. Erik 🥴 (2-0) ( -1 ) After conceding defeat to me about 7 times since Thursday, the fantasy gods intervened to prove my point that "ima lose gg" is the worst meme in this league. It is never over until it's over, not even if your stud running back drops a ...

Pre-Week 2 Power Rankings

Wings and late Power Rankings, everybody but Alex and Hurtado have gotten used to this. Some major shakeups are in order after a week 1 that left most fantasygoers stunned and some champions disgraced. Ok let's get to it. Tier 1 1. Erik 👑 (1-0)( +1 ) In hilarious fashion, Erik snuck out of week 1 with an easy dub and the highest scorer of the week by a mere .2 points after a Will Lutz dime. Breesus' performance put to rest any chance of an upset by Roberto. CMC shined with Cam looking bad, and TY Hilton showed there's nothing to worry about after the Andrew Luck debacle. Erik looks poised for a successful revenge game vs the Champion and may indeed have this put away by tonight. 2. Gio ðŸ˜” (1-0) ( -1 ) Gio should really plead the 5th anytime the subject of his team accomplishing something neat comes up. Not to say Gio's team doesn't also look great– Dalvin Cook looks very good and the Houston offensive stack put in a great amount of work in an absolute sm...

Pre Week 1 Power Rankings

Ladies and gentleman we are less that 24 hours away from a meaningful game of football being played and that right there makes me hard as diamonds. It's been more than a month since we drafted and there has already been a season's worth of transactions Tier 1-  1. Gio 👑👑 (-) Gio saw my warnings about "the bigger they are" from last power rankings and managed to double down and get stronger at his weakest position by adding Dalvin Cook for peanuts. His week 1 matchup with Alex screams "trap game," but for now, it's hard to argue that he isn't the team to beat. 2. Erik (-) I still don't get why Erik traded just to trade, a 4th is a steep price to pay for T, but looking to this season, it does give him a great foursome of wideouts to supplement Kelce and mask his scant RB depth. His week 1 matchup vs Roberto looks deceivingly easy. 3. Nauch ( +1 ) Every day for the last month, I have been watching Saquon and Chubb across from m...
