Week 7 Power Rankings
What a better way to close the first half of the season by watching the top half of the league take a beating. The playoff race as we enter the second half of the season is virtually anybody's game, although some guys are definitely in better positions than others. This dead heat should make for an interesting second half. Best of luck everyone, a reminder that there are 4 weeks until the deadline.
Sorry for the delay. Dragon Ball Super is a good show.

Rank. Team (W-L) (Strk) (∆)
1. Gio 👑 (4-2) (L1) (+1)
Well he called it. Gio and Erik may have both lost, but at least he still put up the third-highest score (the third such occurrence this season) in the process. While getting rid of Hop was a stellar move, acquiring Mixon in the process has proved to not pay off; Ertz has also looked shaky but still has the ceiling of a TE1. Next week is the fated matchup between the top 2. As Gio also said, the hype is definitely down on this matchup (especially when at the moment Gio looks like the favorite to win, how the times change).
2. Erik (4-2) (L1) (-1)
Erik narrowly avoided the lowest score of the week after a disastrous performance from anybody not named CMC or the Pats defense (leaving AP on the bench definitely didn't help, always start players versus the Dolphins kids). Erik's Colts powerhouses being on bye didn't help either. Erik's situation next week seems more dire, with his GOAT on bye and Cooper looking unlikely to suit up, and playing who should be his equal in Gio.
3. Chuck (4-2) (W1) (+2)
You happy now bud? After being the only on in the top 5 to win, Chuck takes a climb back up into the top 3 after a few weeks hovering on the fringe. To be fair, Chuck only put up a slightly above average score this week (155 vs a league average of 152 this week) versus a flailing Alex team. Enjoy your time in the top now; after next week, without Evans or Adams, you'll be licking your wounds like you lick a plate of Ruth Chris.
4. Roberto (4-2) (L1) (-1)
The 4 game win streak, and my hype train, have come to an end for the time being. Everyone but Carson underperformed this week (including a somewhat regressing Patrick "First overall" Mahomes), leading to the second-worst fantasy performance this season (Chuck dropped a paltry 112 points week 2). While Roberto gets an easier matchup vs Hurtado this week, he still needs a different kind of Monday night miracle, pray for him fellas.
5. Nauch (4-2) (W1) (-1)
Nacho put up the fourth-lowest score this week but still caught a W versus the hottest (in many ways) team in the league. Nauch's two highest scorers are on bye this week and is reeling off of the loss of Big Montana (his second TE to succumb to injury). But he gets to face Joe and Six and maybe has Saquad back ( ͡° ͜Ê– ͡°)
6. Ant (3-3) (W1) (+1)
Ant put on a show this week. with all of his players scoring well to hand Gio an upset defeat. Ant has probably had the most successful restructuring of his roster through trades and acquisitions, and is currently on the playoff bubble along with Alex, who he plays next week in an exciting matchup.
7. Wings (2-4) (W1) (+1)
Finally a great week.
8. Alex (3-3) (L1) (-2)
Alex having his worst week versus Chuck who pulls off a dominating win against him:

But for real, Alex still has a solid team. And with all three of his surprising trio of receivers having favorable matchups, should put up a great contest.

9. Tottie (2-4) (W1) (-)
Schrödinger's team: both trying to win and tank at the same time. Both losing and winning. Here, nor there, everywhere but nowhere, eternal but finite. Hurtado came back from 1-4 to the playoffs last season, he is about to both make playoffs and miss it at the same time.
10. Joe and 6 (-)
You can still go 7-6 and sneak in man. You got this.
