A Statement from the Chief Blogging Officer of the ACCC



To the faithful readers:

I would like to formally apologize for the turbulent week plus we have had due to utter chaos in the league after Sneaker-gate. After finding out that Roberto was missing his Off White 1s, I as a sneakerhead and a decent human being decided to take a stance against the situation and score some brownie points with the league by continuing to shit on Chuckles for existing. I would also like to apologize for yesterday's incident that involved the blog becoming compromised by a hacker by the name of Hon Jurtado, we have strengthened our security measures and are conducting a thorough investigation to find the culprit.

But... even though Chuckie is still wanted for crimes against fashion, I know I have a duty to serve the members of the league with power rankings, the only escape we have from the shenanigans of our commissioner and the truest measure of clout our league has to offer. I will be returning to doing power rankings this week, and trying my best to catch everything up as we begin the stretch for avoiding the 7 and 8 seeds for the playoffs. I will have the rankings out before Thursday Night Football.

Finally, I'd like to address the rumors that I will pull a Woj and leave you guys to write for a different league. You will always remain my first priority, and if I other leagues seek my talents, they will have to deal with it.

Let's make the right decisions this offseason. #NMC.

Trade Mania Episode 3: Bloody Tuesday

Now that we're caught up on trades, let's look at yesterday's madness. 3:42PM- The Mania Begins Jonathan decided to drop "WOJ BOMB" at 10am regarding a trade... and Roberto's shitty internet decided to delay the trade's revelation for 6 HOURS. Jesus Roberto get better internet, your autodrafts and terrible skill at setting lineups makes sense now. Anyways... 1-win Jonathan hit desperation mode and awoke Beto from his winless slumber to pull of a 4-for-1 trade. Any 4-for-1 trade is going to be unfair just from the sheer balance of players.. but when you're in danger of elimination 5 weeks in you gotta make some moves. Evans gives Hurtado a solid WR (at the sacrifice of Tyler Boyd) and ships off some decent RBs to Roberto, who desparately needed a lineup change. 2018 Season Welcome!

Ladies and gentleman, the wait is over. After a long summer of trying to fill the void with World Cup, baseball and pretending Tiger Woods is back, our greatest escape from work, school and our girlfriends is back. It's time for another year of making a run for glory and, more importantly, taking down our commissioner and preventing him from pulling a Kobe and threepeating in our league, by any means necessary. You can only fight collusion with collusion. But anyways, in case you are one of the newbs here, yeah I enjoy doing fantasy sports journalism because I think fantasy is at its most fun when it's interactive and realistic. We already have a perennial winner everyone hates and a commissioner who everyone hates (same guy!), so why not also include some sports media to spin some takes and complain when your power ranking is as trash as your team.
